An energetic crash course that combines movement, voice and presence. We start with a dynamic warm - up and then increase the intensity with jumps, cardio exercises and core training. Finally we slow down the pace and end ourselves through breathing exercises, meditation and silence. This playful full-body workout frees the traumas and calms the mind. It is suitable for all levels- be ready to sweat, express yourself and let go!
